On joining the YMCA you will receive an induction to suit your needs, whether you are a seasoned gym-goer or a total beginner who needs to understand not just how the equipment works but what they need to get the best out of it.
Avoid the high cost of personal trainers elsewhere when we have qualified instructors on hand who take a friendly approach to getting you on your way to the best shape of your life, who can tailor a fitness program and offer all the encouragement you need – ‘passion’ and ‘motivation’ are our middle names.
